I'm finally experimenting with an off-site gallery to show off some of my photos in larger format, and with the addition of other navigational tools to make it easier to view (previous/next buttons, etc.).
There's not much in there that people who have looked at my stuff haven't already seen, but let me know if you see any problems. Thanks!

Thanks, another version of it did well here too:
Oddly enough, it's far, far from what I think is my best shot ever. |

Did the little violin cost as much as a real one? I seem to recall that American Girl stuff being quite costly. I only ever got the paper dolls. Ha! Ha! |

Nice new PBase gallery... you use the same page style I do in my PBase galleries. I have about 2,500 images uploaded there:
Steve's PBase Galleries
I have some settings different from yours that you might consider as you continue to add images. I keep the black outline solid across the image windows rather than boxes around each image. I also default to having all images display instead of having paged output, but that is because I generally do not have more than 15-20 images per gallery. I group related galleries together and create sub galleries for large collections on images related to one particular topic. A nice tree structure makes it easy to find things and navigate large collections of images. I recommend you do that as you add more pictures.
Some people like SmugMug over PBase because they allow you unlimited disk storage. SmugMug is intended as a photo archiving site moreso than PBase.

I think I've seen Steve's Pbase before. One thing I don't like on pbase is when someone puts the whole gallery on one page. I'm still on dial-up. Those won't load for me. |

Awesome galleries Steve. I also appreciate your tips settings. I seem to be l limited to 12 images per page until I decide to upgrade to a paid account. When I do that, do I just up the number of images per page?? Don't see any other options for non-paged galleries.
How do you black outline solid? I can't find a way to make mods like that either.
All the help appreciated.

It could be that you cannot make these setting changes unless you are a paid member. On mine there is a setting titled "multi-page gallery". That is set to blank to display all images on one page.
For the black border there are three settings I can set. With my settings they are:
Table Width - 100%
Cell Spacing - 0
Cell Padding - 0
Since you are still using the free version you will want to try out SmugMug and compare the two to see which you like better before you make a financial committment.

That is a legitimate reason for keeping paging. My apologies to you for any galleries I have with too many pictures in them. :(
