Went to the skate park today, took some pictures. Here are five of them:

They were all taken with my 28-75, and lit with my Sunpak 555, mostly mounted on the bracket but one held off to the side (I know it'd be better to have it off-camera but I'm having cable troubles). Was hoping to see some riders on bikes there, but that's OK.
Comments/feedback/ways to improve next time would be great. Will try to return comments one for one as usual. |

Timings pretty good in most of them, but like you said, off camera makes all the difference.
Also, as far as composition goes, try to get the run up and landing in the shots as well as just the ledge.

Thanks, I'll try to do that next time. I think a little wider than 28mm would be good so I still have room to crop if I tilt the camera by accident, and I can get a little more of the ground in the shot.. |

Bump for you, because I feel bad about starting another skate thread to compete with for your spot on the front page haha

lol, I don't mind. Yours are better anyway, and people can click on 'community' and see loads of threads. |
