Walking the beach the other day, I came upon 2 Horseshoe crabs "trapped" on thier backs. I dutifully righted them so that they might continue thier journey. I was not sure which direction the male, and female would take. Would they go away from the surf for a little whoopee or go back into the water, the mood having passed. As you can see they were not immediately sure themselves but ultimately mutually decided on abstinence. Good dates are even hard to find in the wild, sometimes.

Cool Story.
Here's my horseshoe crab. Just an old skin, really. Hopefully he's still out there "dancing".

| I saw this and thought to myself "someones in Cape May!" lol We were stationed there for 3 years and I spent a lot of time at the beach by the ferry with our daughter. Have a lot of pictures of those horseshoe crabs! |
