Sorry for the vague title, but what I think would be cool is some type of graph that would record the score totals for a challenge submission over the course of the voting period.

In other words, I enter a photo and over the week of voting I keep track of it maybe once or twice a day and I see it drop from a 6 to a 4.5, then back to a 5, then down to a 4. I think it would be cool to have like a line graph or something that would record the results of the voting every few hours and I could watch the voting trend of the photo in stead of writting down the changing scores and doing it myself (i'm basically lazy).

Certanly not a necessary addition, and I think it would really only be for fun, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see this.

Thanks for listening!

Many users here have an Excel spreadsheet which records how scores vyry during voting. The automation process would require RSS, a feature which has been asked for more than once, but has not yet been set up.
Do you want me to mail you a spreadsheet? PM me.

Don't suppose it is set-up to automatically pull the scores from the website is it? :) I'm just not able to check it often enough to show a good history.

But, I'll PM you and get the spreadsheet - thanks!

Maybe an alternative would be to have an option on the photo's page to view the raw vote data. Date/Time, vote, .... I can't think of anything else. Then you could download the data and slice it and dice it however you want.

It's not that hard to set up a spreadsheet.

Enter your current score the same number of times as your number of votes into the excel sheet into column A (say 5.517 in 25 cells.)

in the next column B you'll put your guessed scores, when you get them.

in a cell right of that, say D2 enter =counta(A:B)
in the D3 enter =sum(A:B)
in the D4 enter =D3/D2

Enter your guesses for the next scores and make D4 approximate your DPC score. Lower the number of decimal places to 4 and you'll get the exact equivalent.

Well, it's 2006 and I was just thinking this same thing ...
For DPC addicts like myself, this would be interesting ... sorta like the stock market.
I like the raw vote data idea also.
The spreadsheet thing is not practical ... Especially since people on this site (I assume) more "visual".

I solved this problem by turning off my score results until the challenge is over. Keeps me a bit more calm!

The one I got from here does! It simply updates from the web page! Too easy.
