How can I have any fun at kirbic's expense if he does not see or read about it? It defeats the whole purpose, don't you think?

That is unfair. Something has to be done about it. But what? I can't PM him myself. That would be self-serving and not nearly as much fun.

But what if, say... a site council member PM'ed him to express concerns how his behavior on photo outings with DPCers is negatively affected the image of the SC as a whole... now THAT would be funny.

I, of course, would strongly discourage doing anything like that... (See dictionary references for "plausible deniability")... but if it happens, it happens.
