Here are some shots from Chase Field last night. I used my 80-200mm 2.8
And for the wide shots I used my Tokina 12-24.

I check the Diamondbacks web site for the rules on taking in cameras and I called guest services to confirm and get a name of some one who could help me out if I got harassed.
I had no problem all night until I went on walk about to take the wide shots of the Ball Park!
You can only take pictures from you seat. Didn’t stop me though.

Those look very good. Although where are the pictures of the Yanks? You go to a game and you don't take photos of the 2006 champions? ;)

Go way early like 2 hours before game time ... during batting and infield practice you can usually stand right down near the field until the last 20-30 minutes (when the players go back in the clubhouse anyway).

If you are "going to get a beer" or hot dog or something, you can probably stop and take a photo here and there -- just not "set up" somewhere other than your seat.

Many teams now have a "Camera Day" where fans are allowed on the outfield warning track, and the players and coaches slowly walk around the outfield a few feet away, smiling and waving and mugging for the cameras.
