FWIW Tamron 28-75/2.8 @ Beachcamera

I checked pricing on the 28-75 Thursday morning and it was listed at 369.00 with a $30 rebate. Then when I ordered last night it was $347 with a $30 rebate. So, $317 out the door(assuming no rebate hassles).

Checked this morning and price is still up.

No problem, hurry up USPS! I have been keeping an eye on prices for this lens for several months and this looked pretty good compared to other vendors. And Beach was great on my last order.

Right on. mine should be here tomorrow. I'm excited to have a fast multi-purpose zoom which gets great reviews by virtually all users. And leaves some money in my wallet to boot.

IT'S HERE IT'S HERE IT'S HERE!!! My Tamron arrived this morning. How pathetic is it that I was still asleep when it got here? Woke up to find the box on my desk. It's going on my camera now and will post pics later!
I'm so excited, my first really nice, brand new lens yet!

Christine, that's what I said too! "What, it's here, after 2 days, how is that possible?" Not that I minded ;) I used Beach Camera, same as Mark. The store is in NJ and I live in lower NY, so FedEx had it here super fast.

I'm so thrilled, I can't stop looking at it. It rained today, but tomorrow...tomorrow's the day to take it out!

I recieved mine on Friday. Sick and puking on Sat so no shots but played with it Sunday for my yellow shot. I think I like!!
