I'm trading one of my two Nikkor AF-S 18-70mm f3.5-4.5 for a sigma 24-70 f2.8 EX DG almost new with a polarized filter and I'm throwing in 200 euros too for the trade (hope the sigma will fill in the expectations).

But the question is: my two 18-70mm: one as some dust spots that can be seen between the first two glass elements. The second one has a small scratch (very thin and about 2mm long)

What would be more noticeable in the photos? Would it be noticeable either or neither?

I've read that because of the minimum focal distance is much farther way from the sensor than the dust, the dust will never show up in the photo, unless it is very obvious.

Any opinions on this matter? And if anyone has a sigma 24-70mm and wants to give some feedback about it, please be wellcome.
