First shot with this lens. I was happy with the test shots.

I love this lens. For the price, I find it sharp and FAST! It's been my main portrait/basketball/event lens and works great in low-light situations.

It's an AWESOME portrait lens. And for the price you can't find a better piece of glass.

After seeing Odyssey's shots, I am glad I got this lens. I was just thinking how great his shots looked for low light and saw he was using the 50mm.

Hey, thanks :D It is great for it. I held off getting it at first because it didn't zoom, but now it's on my camera more than any other.

I have the Nikon 50 mm f/1.8 and love it. I also added a 6T diopter and it makes great macro shots.
