expect to see droplets of water on glass...
or droplets of water hanging with a reflection of something in the background. I think these 2 will dominate the entries :) |

Dang, since four of my Top 5 shots would fit this challenge, I'm gonna miss being part of it...
Well, go get 'em guys! Set your camera for either 1/1000th or 4"... |

I live in Texas. How 'bout a "lack of water" challenge?

I just heard on the news that Texas was getting a lot of rain. Not where you live? |

Almost all of it north of us. We did get a bit last night but not a great deal. At least they did get more where the fires were, so that's good! |

Urine is a liquid, but that does not mean you consider it water. Water is H2O. Urine has a different make up.

Well I don't want to sound too confident but just entered my photo for 'Water II' and I'm pretty damn happy with it. I'm hoping for a 6.75+ and a top 10 finish as a minimum.
Is anyone up for a mini-challenge? My '2 Second Exposure' mini-challenge with Rikki turned out to be a real fizzer!!!

Yeah, yeah, so they say. I've broken the code on the Weather Channel forecasts. The weather they predict for the 10th day of the 10-day forecast is always what you want - ie rain if it's been dry, cool if it's been hot. But by the time the 10th day becomes the 9th day, it's changed ever so slightly. Instead of 60% chance of rain, say, it's now 50%. This continues as the elusive "10th day" gets closer, then it's more of what you just had. No chance of rain, temps in the high 90s/low 100s. That sort of thing. It's an evil plot, I tell you!
And I still haven't seen many bluebonnets.

I just submitted mine; I hope you all appreciate it, as it was a very perilous journey I undertook to get it. I almost broke an arm or a leg - and if I had, I wouldn't have been able to get out of that place. |

I am not quite that optimistic, but I am in.
Should be an awesome contest. I would imagine very high scoring. |

Well, glad to see that everyone's confidence level is up. I feel good about my photo, but mine has a twist that may or may not work to my advantage. Or it may make no difference:)
Anyhow, for whoever checks my portfolio, I have many water photos, so this wasn't too hard for me:)
Good luck to all. |

Such confidence! My review team said " dosen't look like water to me, what else are you thinking of using for the challnge?" But I submitted it anyway, cause it is collorfull and in focus, which is enough for me. 5.5 prediction. |
