I'm lost in the plethora of tripods and tripod heads. I was looking to get more into landscape photography and having just got a x3 converter for my 70-200 sigma I need something to keep it steady!

There are plenty of names ... Bilbo,Manfrotto,Gitzo
and even more types!

I've got a trek bag I can attach it to and not too fussed about the weight.

Any ideas would be welcome.....cost less than £300 ideally about £150, if it has to be more, then so be it.

cheers
