HELP!...LOL

I just pulled out my Alien Bees 60" softbox for the first time. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put the sucker together!!! It did not come with instructions. Anyone in the know?

I have:
The black softbox 'shell'
A large white diffuser (about 60" x 24in)
A small white diffuser (about 24" x 18")
4 poles (each about 1 metre long)
The AB speedring

I have to run out the door in a minute, but I will be back. I hope someone knows how to put it together...LOL

Nevermind....Alien Bees has product manuals online! YAY!

Any softbox tips?

I have used umbrellas and a brolly box before, but never a softbox.
