Found some old snapshots from my Canon P&S...taken in Oct 2004.
Just snapshots...please...please don't critique :-)
Kinda cool getting that close to Marine1 and not getting shot...:-)
This is related to a thread the other day (week?)

Cool stuff, ran into one of the crew when I was in Quantico in '91 (Staff Academy)...probably had a beer or 30 with em...who can remember.
Dude, what's your MOS, you a winger? Every make it to Mira Mar look me up...

DOS? I am a dork computer programmer who has a brother-in-law that is a Marine pilot for Marine1. I sit in a cubicle...he flys the President.
He never lets me forget, either. :-)
After his tour here, he'll be heading back to San Diego...and when I visit, i'll look you up. :-)

It's all good... All that Marine Training and all I am a dork Network/Systems Engineer :) in an environment where I have to keep the programmers happy as it is their code (well we move some hardware too) that pays the bills.
