just a little something i thought of when thinking about one of my shots.. You cant seem to be able to see the Average Vote per Commenters anywhere but on the contest archives. I was wondering if this could be incorporated in the actual image window. Took me a few guesses to figure out which page my entry was on. Maybe we could save a little bandwidth and broswing by adding this to "statistics" box, it already has all kinds of vote averages :)

| I think it would also be nice to see the average vote per submitter. The submitter is the real peer for each challenge. |

also, we need to find a way to encourage constructive criticism... the average vote per commenter is usually higher than than overall vote.. I would like to see this the other way around.. if the average vote per commenter was lower than any other average, that might mean people are taking the time to give advice to the photos that need them the most. as it stands now, it seems the higher rated photos are getting most of the comments, when they don;t need the help as much... or the praise either... the score will reflect all the praise in the world... I think this trend might also show that people are afriad to say anything negative... and probably because they don;t want to hurt the photographers feelings... maybe if there was a way for the commenters to chose to be anonymous they might be more willing to give honest advice to the photos most in need...
