I realize that this is probably a bit of a no-brainer because it really isn't hard to just look down at the system time, but I live in Asia and I often get a little bit confused as to when the deadlines are for challenges.
I think it would be quite convenient for a lot of people if there was a simple countdown timer listed on the information page for each challenge (the page you go to when you want to submit).
It wouldn't need to be live, it could work just fine if it were updated on page load, just like the listing of current server time.

No maybe not this week...can't let Dandy-Randy beat me...must think positive!! Hurts sooo bad

Sounds like a neat thing to have for newcomers to the site.
I'm from Asia too, and my time is ahead of the DPC server time. The rollover time for me is always at 1pm "into the future" :) But I've gotten used to it by now. |
