I'm number 78. And folks, let's be kind, shall we? Basically what I shot today is all I have at the moment. My stuff from yesterday (Footwear) is (was) on the ill-fated hard drive that picked this afternoon to crash and burn.

So here's a bit of advice to all of you out there - BACK UP!! I haven't backed up my pictures since early January. :-(

I am glad to see you be a trooper and throw yourself into this one!! Good Luck! Perhaps adversity creates better photographers!?

We haven't heard from Rikki, cause he's trying to figure out how to get out of those high heels that he pout on two hours ago and they were 2 sizes too small. ROFL

I think it just creates depressed photographers. So I did a funny picture. At least I think it's funny.

In addition to my pictures, I lost hours worth of CDs that I've converted to mp3s. Granted, I can do it all over again, but it takes so much time. I really am mad about the pictures, though. They're not worth a dime to anyone but me, but they were my babies! Well, not all of 'em... some were just plain bad. Maybe it was a sign.... :-)

I honestly take offense at being referred to as 'boy' and 'anal.' Did I ever insult you?

I am fully aware that new bifocals don't have lines. I am also aware that there is no way to tell if they don't have the lines. Did you ever think the challenge creator was also aware of that and put bifocals in specifically because they would, with the lines, be more difficult to locate for a speed challenge? Otherwise s/he would have just said 'eyeglasses.'

I stand by my opinion and interpretation and will state right now that any glasses that are not clearly bifocals I will not score as well as any glasses that clearly are.

OH, go pet your pug. It's you who is ruining our fun with your remarks that are quite demeaning. I really don't get along with Alienyst most of the time, but I also don't think he should have been demeaned in such a way just for having an opinion that doesn't match yours. You need to lighten up and let bifocals BE bifocals! :) :) :)

I have to stay up now and see what happens. I took some shots this afternoon. Couple I liked, but I was feeling a bit guilty working on a challenge entry when it was SO gorgeous outside today (and my wife and kids were outside doing stuff) so I rushed the PP. It was "OK", but not quite right.

So, now I'm being a night owl and totally reworked my entry. Used a different image an reprocessed the whole thing. Much better. Glad I did it, but I won't be a happy camper getting up in the morning for church. ;^)
