My husband didnt have a clue what he was buying, I think a fantastic deal on a set of lights from a pawn shop.
Though all that was included, was 2 chords for power, and what appears to be a linkage chord for sync (2 then it is a y to a plug)...wich there is nothing to plug it into with the lights..
Here are the exact lights
Photography Warehouse I have the 3 combo set.

What I am wanting to know is even though this warehouse looks like a repuatable one, Can I buy accerories from a local camera store such as a
remote
or a hotshoe that would fit on my camera say almost any brand...that would connect to syncing for flashing...What else should I consider about the operation electrical wise....Light range, adjustments, testing, ect...

Reason why I ask is there is hardly ever anyone with answers that I am looking for when I think I ask the right questions on my adventurous shopping outings..

These lights the chords I mentioned, 2 umbrellas, and a nice carry case all came together for a steal...I feel bad to mention the price..not for me though only the pawn shop owner and for who ever had to get a loan..

Anyways I would appreciate any tips or advice...
Thank you :)

Lucky you - I wish I could find a bargain like that. In South Africa the prices of camera equipment is very high.
In connection with the remote - I am sure you can get it from a camera shop - if not - they can always order for you,

I am looking for a nice Macro lens and ring flash for my camera, but they are extremely pricey (Cost almost as much as the camera) Anybody out there with this stuff lying around and wanting to sell? (Preferably give away ;-) YEAH RIGHT
