Score is just hanging on barely to 6+

Mine seems to go up like half a point then go back down a full point...NO FUN

X.2707 I want to get about X.5707, I was flirting with X.4100 just yesterday

It's started out 5.7xxx, went down to 5.5xxx, went up to 6.2xxx, down to 6.1xxx, down to 6.0xxx, now down to:

I would think that the average would be a lot more contstant, but for reasons unknown to me, the score is really fluctuating. I was hoping for a finish above 6!! Voting isn't over yet, so I guess I still have a chance!!

Yep. Here, too. But with my middle of the road score, I've managed 18 comments, which is quite unusual!

Ack! I am now back down to an exactly even 6.0. I HATE dropping under that when I've already been over that mark. Makes me afraid to hit that update button again :(

There really are some great shots in this challenge. I think the 640 by 640 looks pretty darn good and I can see why the argument for larger resolution. But don't quote me, I'll deny it. They are taking even longer to load for dial-up. I'm only at 30 percent and I've been voting off and on all week.

:( I knew it...back down to 5.98... Still not unhappy with that score, but that 6+ was fun and I hope it goes back up.

Kiwiness vs. Larus (humor)

You may recall Larus had called out Kiwiness to enter the Square challenge. Larus bragged he could beat him with one hand tied behind his .jpeg submission file. Kiwiness accepted the challenge.

In the last exciting episode, broadcast on the FOX network, both combatants were nearly tied around 6.5.

Since then Kiwiness, in an apparent abuse of SC authority, initiated an investigation of Larus's vote patterns looking for anomalies and cheating. An internal SC memo obtained from an anonymous source specifically mentioned an Icelandic block voting conspiracy. Since this crosses international boundaries Interpol was called in to investigate.

According to unconfirmed reports, Kiwiness claims that every vote for Larus' image above 6 is suspect and should be thrown out.

In private communications with the SC, Larus denies all charges but Kiwiness countered with promises to each SC member for special nude photography instruction with the model of their choice.
