Hello everyone,
I was looking at several dSLR models (Canon 350D, Nikon D50 and D70) since i really photography and would like really get into it.
At the moment I have a Fuji FinePix F700 digicam (specs) and I use it most the time in auto mode so I really don't know how to effeciently use it in manual and most of all, I don't know what would a dSLR like the ones above would bring me more?
Could some enlighten me please lol?
Best regards |

I guess it all depends on what you want to spend the money on. As you might notice I own the D50. Great setup and you'll have some money left over to get some good glass. As for the 350D, I can't really tell you much but I'm sure you can't go wrong with that setup either.
Take a look here and here to compair cameras. Also check out steves-digicams lots of good info there.
Hope that helps!
P.S. You can also read some great reviews here at dpreview.com.

An SLR camera in itself won't make you a better photographer.
But, they do feel more like a real camera in your hand. I grew up with a 35mm SLR, I still use 35mm for a lot of my pro work.
Until recently, my only digital was a P&S camera and it just never felt like a REAL camera to me eventhough I could make it do just about anything I wanted it to do (well, minus focus in low light).
The Canon 350D is nice and pretty affordable. I also recommend the Nikon D50, which was on my wishlist, before I went Canon (got a great deal).
If you seriously love photography, you will not regret a dSLR decision.

Ok, thanks :)
Do you know a website where I could buy second hand dSLR digicam that would provide a warranty and deliver anywhere in Europe ?
Thanks a lot in advance :)
Best regards
