		| I purchased a camera from these people and I have since found out they have only registered their domain name in February.  I would REALLY appreciate it if someone would tell me if they have dealt with this company before.  I am so scared I have been ripped off.  I am sitting here sick to my stomach that I just lost out on $900.  I found only one rating for this company (after I ordered and paid) and the review said that they look shady and that it is buyer beware.  I am crying my eyes out as I write this because I feel so stupid and wondering how to explain this one to my husband. |

		Well they use Yahoo shopping, so you may be able to claim through them:
 Yahoo protected
 
 The domain dame is own by TUCOWS INC. so that won't help you much. |

		With prices too good to be true, they are usually not true. If your order hasn't shipped yet you can cancel it. From their FAQ:
 
 Question: How Do I Cancel My Order? 
 
 Answer: If Your Order Has Shipped: We ship orders VERY quickly. If your order has already shipped, then it is too late to cancel the order. You will simply need to return the unopened product for a refund or exchange.
 
 If Your Order Has NOT Shipped: If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it with no problem! Simply e-mail us at order@elsider.com with your order number.

 yeah it was the yahoo shopping guarantee that convinced me that they are ok, however I also read online that a lot of these fraud comanies will just post the graphic and claim to be a member of that program and if you click on the link (graphic) it will not take you to the parent program site.  Yeah but if they are fraudulent, they already have my money, so would they really refund?  I must be really dumb because when I looked at their site it looked like a professional site and the people behind it sure did go to a lot of effort to make it look legit.  I even contacted their customer support staff and they assured me that customer satisfaction is their number one priority. (oh god..just typing that makes me feel stupid...red flags all over the place!) |

		| If you used a credit card for the purchase then the transaction can be cancelled.  Their prices do seem to be too good to be true; a Canon 20d for $700 is 40% lower than anyone else.  But new companies often have extraordinary deals to generate a customer base quickly.  If their 'testimonials' are to be believed, then the company is legit.  Their prices seem to be low even for dealer cost, let alone dealer retail. |

		Concidering the company claims to be working for 5 years:

 And there is no information anywhere on the internet about them, try to get as much information as you can regarding the order, perhaps from your order you might be able to see who the payment transfer gateway that was used. So that if you need to submit a police report you can give them as much info as possible. Also contact TUCOWS to see if they have contact info (it'll probably be fake, but you never know).
 
 Also as ElGordo said, if you made a CC payment, you can ask your card company to create a charge back, it costs about 30Euros here to do it.

		I havent been able to find a phone number for yahoo yet but will keep searching.  I will try tucows as well.
 
 I didn't use a credit card, they only accepted western union and something called e-gold..that should have set the alarm bells ringing right away.  The money has already been picked up at their end. :(
 
 The testimonials really had me convinced too because they were not all 100% positive, some had some problems with items being out of stock but they got their equipment in the end, which made me think that they were legit.

I contacted yahoo but they said they do not offer phone support for their shopping buyer protection program but they did give me an e-mail address to send my request for information too.  I e-mailed them right away, so hopefully they will get back to me soon. |

		I just received this from them.  Even though it is not great news - would they contact me if they were a scam?  I am so exhausted by this whole transaction.  I sent a reply to them and asked them to call me so fingers crossed.
