What is the best way to frame a photo with a sketchy type of Border, can you down load these from somewhere or do you have to make your own.

I enjoy Portrait photography and as I am fairly new at it, I wasnt sure as I have looked at some very nice Photos that have looked even better because of the Border.

Can anyone help me please.

There are many ways to make a border. There are actions available for it in Photoshop, you can make your own, and there are softwares, both stand-alone and as plugins to do that. Show us a few examples of what exactly you want. If you see something you like here on DPC, just ask the photographer how he/she did it and I am sure they will help you out.
