I like the contrast and the grain. I would call your ISO 1600 a happy accident. You've got a nice leading line with the dock. Being diagonal it creates a triangle with the horizon and the right side of the frame.
One thing though, the crop feels a little tight on the left. |

Crop can mean in camera or post process. If done in camera it is how the image was framed in the viewfinder.
If reshooting, shift a little to the left so the leading line isn't so close to the edge of the picture or zoom out a little (if possible). |
