Too much self-promotion having put my name in the subject but I am EXTREMELY proud of my Siemreap, Cambodia gallery. As of today, this gallery is among the top at pbase. More than my set-up model shots, I really treasure my travel photographs as they help me relive memories of culture, interaction and rich experiences I encounter on my travels. Come visit my gallery and leave comments if you can.

Here's the LINK

Here are some of my favorite shots from the gallery:

Thanks a lot.

Manny these are such beautiful shots. What a wonderful collection that brings us so close to the culture and the people. I'm always awed by your work.

I noticed that you shot many of them with an exposure bias of +2 1/3. It seemed like a bright day out. Can you tell me why? Just trying to steal a little of your knowledge.

Just got the Feb issue of "What Digital Camera" and noticed 2 of your shots in there.

All very nice but I think the two black and white ones are the best.

Thanks for informing me..I didn't know about this. I had some pictures submitted to them last December when they featured me as their travel photographer. I suspect they are showing the two other shots I submitted but were not included in the spread last December. But they should have at least informed me. I will write to them now about payment and the right of being informed.

librodo, you have a wonderful unique style with real-life portraits. Love them! They really capture the candidness of the moment.
(BTW...can there ever be TOO MUCH self-promotion? LOL)
Keep up the great work!

According to the almost full page spread you win £100 Vouchers from Warehouse Express. The picture of the girl is huge and almost takes up 2 pages.

Manny, my favourites are your images of the children, and the people you meet as you travel. They're beyond beautiful, they touch the soul.

WOW! Your photography is pure genius. You are destined to become world famous as a professional photographer for your fine art "journalistic" portraits that capture the lives and culture around you and in the places you visit.
