I call the 1st "The Mirror Gate" and the 2nd "Smart Call"

There is much to like about this image. It is not your typical landscape/postcard view that others would take. The mirrored view presents a unique perspective. The low counterbalancing angles of wall in the background and mirror angle adds further viewer interest to this composition. It strikes me that when you went there you had no idea you would discover this gem until you saw it. Photography is fun that way.

I don't know if conditions would have allowed this but I'd be interested to see if you could take this with a much narrower DOF leaving the mirrored reflection in tack sharp focus but with a softer background. That might make the unique parts of this image stand out even more.

Your use of selective color in this image draws significant viewer attention to the blue in the sky. They will ask what I am asking now... Why? The image does not present a definitive answer. Did you consider making everything within the mirror in full color? That would highlight the nice roundness of the mirror and draw further attention to the centerpiece of the composition... the castle's reflection.

Your right on just spoting this photo gem. I saw the mirror and pulled right in to grab the shot.
I am going to play with this in Elements and see what i can get
