many are probably aware that "petersons photographic" magazine has gone bust - they are moving their energy toward "shutterbug". however, i had recently renewed my subscription and upon finding out the publication was no more - i contacted the magazine to be told that current subscriptions would be fullfilled with copies of shutterbug starting in january. so of course i took their word, and waited. come february i decided i better call again - but cannot find a way to get a hold of them.
i have been dissed out of 16 months of magazines and about $30.
anyone else have the same issue? or know how i can get my magazines?

yeah going to try that today.
wasn't sure if anyone else had already done so.

shutterbug reffered me to the company i had taken the subscription with.
that company had been sending some other magazine to my old address...
not sure if the issue is resolved or not quite yet.

I had the same issue with Shutterbug.

if this was paid with a credit card, call the card co. and get a refund
