| Newbie question I guess. What do I need to do to post an image from my DPC profile to a forum? I click on the insert picture icon and past in the URL to my image but it just posts as the code and not the image. Can someone clarify how to post an image (thumbnail) of a challenge entry to a forum? |

When you click on the 'Insert Thumbnail Link' button, do NOT put in the whole url, you just need the image ID number. JUST the numbers...
to get that, right click on the image you want to insert, then click on properties, and then the 6 digits at the end of the url is the id number.
for example: this photo
the number is 292666
...let me know if you still have problems...

| Man I still feel like an idiot. When I click on the insert image button it creates a pop up window that says "http:\\www." I still understand what you mean by "just fill in the numbers" If I put just numbers after www. that doesn't work. If I wipe out the "http:\\www." part and put in numbers that doesn't work. I'm still missing the syntax of this somehow. |

You have clicked the wrong icon. Click the one with two squares. One to the right. And then enter the picture number.

haakky solved my idiot issue. I was clicking on the icon to insert image and not the icon to submit thumbnail of site image. Wrong icon, right instructions. Thanks. I can sleep better tonight.
