I have a full licensed version of Photoshop 7.0. I upgraded to CS. Then, I upgraded to CS2.
When I reinstalled Photoshop on my computers, I installed 7.0 and the CS2 upgrade. I did not use the CS version at all.
So, can I sell my CS upgrade since I am not using it? I had posted this to the Adobe forum a while ago and got many mixed opinions and ended up more confused than when I started!
What do you think?

I would doubt it. Because in reality they are really all one license because you upgraded one to the next to the next.
The serial number is assigned to you and it includes information of the upgrade so someone else buying the CS version would probably have problems trying to register it.

I believe that the CS upgrade is now linked to your edition of PS7 as is CS2 and can not be sold legally if it even works with someone elses copy of PS7.
This is how they make extra money off people by having an upgrade every so often. Granted some of the upgrades are definitely worth it.
