Heck.. I deserved my lower scores..I am astounded by the great shots on this challenge and deserve to be where I am at.(maybe less!) And I appreciate the one constructive comment I got out of the 5.
Do people always wait so late in the game to vote? I was done 3 days ago!
Learning everyday! No discouragement here!

| I am pretty happy with the way my entry is doing, of course the higher the better. I am not satisfied with the comments though, I only have 8. That is my favorite part of the challenge is reading the comments. |

Finally...scored...them..all. Wow, lots of great shots.
I'm still hovering around 5.95 so I'm expecting I'll probably get a 6 after recalculating. I kinda wish the stats would tell you the official vote (i.e., votes where voters have exceeded 20%) and the unofficial total so you have an idea of what's going to happen when the site calculates the final score. Ah well. |

Well, I just wanted to say this was a cool challenge. I liked it a bunch and learned a lot about making a duotone. Fun stuff.
It's moving out tonight, and I am excited to see that and get a new theme though. I am around a 5.8, so no biggy here, but I am quite happy with that considering the number of entries. I predict the winner will be in the high 7's though, so good luck everyone!

Pretty sad for such a wonderful duotone!
(You've just read a personal and unsolicited opinion. Ha ha)
I kind of/sort of gave up on ribbons.
It would certainly be nice, however, I'd settle for my average.
Unfortunately, it won't get anywhere near for this challenge.
I think I've finally got a handle on the update button, though.
I still check it too frequently. Down from about a hundred an hour to maybe 10. Can we say...addicted? |

I can't wait for it to be over. Or at least for today's voting to be over. I just averaged my votes received today, and they are a full point lower (yes, 1.0) than my average that I started with today. This late in the game that really surprise me!

| I thought this was a marvelous challenge. I learned a great deal about duotones, and even if the scores are low, I think we all can agree that it was a learning experience for most of us. This was like one of those assignments you would get in photography class. If you entered this challenge and your score is not as high as you would like, chalk it up to experience and the education you received from it. This is the kind of challenge that really pushes us to go beyond our abilities and frankly I am happy I entered it though I can guarantee my final score will be one of the lower ones. |

This is my first attempt at duotone and it's looking like it's going to be my new highest score. :)

Well said and I agree on both counts. Not that it really matters in the grand scheme of things, but did anyone else's score suddenly go into the tank over the weekend? I thought I was on my way to my first 6+ and then the worm turned. |
