Home Sweet Home, arrived safe and tierd. Immigration detention rooms have a colour TV and are very clean tidy and I was treated very well, unlike what the internet said about the place after a google search.
BEN - I have your lans right here and I am looking for a car to buy, as soon as we have it we will be heading north..

Good to hear you've made it here OK in the end. Will you be able to go back to Japan easily, or is that a whole nother problem?

Thank you so much everyone, I cannot get online often yet so this is a bit late.
Ben-please mail me your mobile number again my friend and I will call you ASAP, Im in the middle of buying a car right now so I will ride up your way soon with the new lens (camera body was left in Japan because I was overweight on baggae and things had to be left)The lens is safe and sound in my bag see you soon mate.

Spoke to alionic this morning, he sounds in good spirit and glad to be back in the uk -he does not have full internet access at the moment so we will not see him around too much, but once he has sorted all that out he will be back.
He is now mobile with a car and i am hoping to meet him early april about half way from Nottingham and London, we will take a few hours out and take some pictures if any one want to join us let me know in this thread.
