I have a Nikon D50 With a SB 600 speedflash with a 18-55mm lens and a 70-300mm lens. Do I need to purchase another lens for weddings? |

		| Define cheap. Your cheap and someone else's cheap may not be located in the same aisle at the camera store. |

		| I find the Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 pretty good. |

		| A 50mm 1.8 is a great lens to have, and cheap ($80-ish). The Tamron 28-75 ($375-ish) is also great, not as fast as the 1.8 but it's a zoom, which comes in handy. The optical quality of both are excellent, should be about equal too even though the Tamron is a zoom. |

Definitely the 50mm 1.8 without question. The Tamron sounds like the next choice after the 50mm.
