45 minutes of beating the snooze bar to death followed by jumping out of bed, dressing in 60 secs or less, grabbing my Norelco so I can shave on the way, and trying to make the 15 minute drive to work in 10 minutes.

Well, y'know, you find something that works and roll with it. LOL

Edit: Ack!! Check spelling then post.

My "day" starts with me getting off work most days....7 am. I then drive home, set the laptop back up, check email one last time, and around 9 am I try to get the little bit of sleep I get these days.

If we're talking my day....as in when I wake up, that's usually around noon, I get up and check email, check DPC, then look outside to see if the weather is favorable for shooting anything good in. If so, I grab the camera and go. If not, I grab a coffee and settle in with the laptop a while.

The beach connotes the Ocean. You have a Lake. That would be shoreline, not a beach.

You are also way too young for coffee.

Cigarette, levothyroxine, let the dog out, coffee, check POTD's, S---, Shower, Shave, and off too work for a 0530 start. Sometimes I remember to let the dog back in too. Haven't seen a sunrise in ages.

If your dictionary specifies that for a portion of the shore to be a beach, it must be the shore of an ocean, you should throw your dictionary in the trash and get a real one. If it's just your own narrow definition, then I guess you'll just have to accept that your definition is incomplete.

When I get back to my computer on the mainland I will post a picture of a sun rise from Indian Head, Fraser Island, Australia. It is the most magnificiant sunrise you will ever see! You climb up this huge volcanic rock formation in near darkness and sit at the top and just wait, often you'll see dolphins jumping and playing in the ocean whilst the sun is comming up - I have a short video of the sun comming up and some dolphins just happened to jump infront of the sun - it is perfect. Not 100% sure where the video is, but I will post some pics of a perfect morning.

This morning consisted of getting some water and a bowl of cereal, checking favorite websites, taking a shower, throwing my hair up as I don't feel like fixing it and heading to work. When I'm done with my first job, I'll do the second and then come home to a yummy smelling pot roast which has been in the crock pot since last night. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:D
