Would use of the High Pass filter violate the rules of Basic Editing?
I want to use the "gothic glow" action, on atncentral, but I think it's against the rules for this one. Am I right there?

Yes, I'm pretty sure High Pass and Gothic Glow would both be illegal.

yeah you can't use it unless it is a filter for noise ruduction pretty much or a gaussain blur.

and gothic glow uses layers which are also not allowed.
