I live to see the sunrise on the beach each morning with a nice espresso in hand...how does YOUR day begin??? |

i use to get up ultra early and bike to the beach for the same reason u d. usaly it involves coffee as well.
now i'm just waiting for the warmth to come back. i did it yearound last year but this i was just to lazy to brake the old bike down and get everything winter ready.
mot days now i start with guitar. about 15-20mins. of solid playing. then pratic later of corse.

| Lost all the fingers on my left hand in 2002...so my passion turned from my guitar to photography....since I'm a little "short-handed" now ( I crack me up) Fortunately, I my house sits right in the sand @ the beach so I just pop open the window for these shots!! |

Ralph we're having a snowstorm here in Newfoundland too. Well, snowstorm is putting it mildly. At times I can only see three houses up the street, the drift in front of my door is about 3 feet deep, our cable comes and goes, everything in the city has shut down. |

okok .. not a 'real' snow storm (only 15cm's) but nasty enough not to be interested in going out ...

5:19am - alarm goes off - hit snooze.
5:28am - alarm goes off - hit snooze.
5:37am - alarm goes off - hit snooze.
5:46am - alarm goes off - hit snooze.
5:55am - alarm goes off - hit snooze.
6:04am - alarm goes off - hit snooze.
6:13am - alarm goes off - hit snooze, wife swats me in the head, I get up, have a shower, go to work.

| Get up at 3am leave for work at 3:25, leave work at 5pm. I never get to see the sun because I do this 6 days a week. On Sunday I sleep late, sometimes to 8 or 9am. |

0300 hrs - Alarm goes off, wake up
0315 hrs - Take shower/shave
0330 hrs - Get dressed
0330 hrs - Get things together
0355 hrs - Pour coffee to go
0400 hrs - Start car, leave for work
