Anyone familiar with the Adidt M1 remote cord that seems to be the same thing as the Nikon MC-30 remote cord? They made one for Canon too.

It's pratically free on ebay. So if it works, there is no way I am going to pay 60$ for a button at the end of a cord...

I've not tried it but I've heard in a few places good things about adidt products. I saw some in a shop the other day and they looked good. I also was checking them out on the net and their usage looks good.

I noticed also that they do have wireless transmitter types as well.

I don't know if that fits what you were looking for though.

I have one for my Rebel. $8 or so on ebay. works fine. build quallity is OK.
