I have seen several threads on how to build a ring flash out of baking tins, etc.., but cannot seem to find any in my searching. A little help would be much appreciated...as I have a buddy that is interested in building one. Thanks

you must have one hell of a macrolens to mount that ringlite on :) it's even to big for the Canon EF 1200mm L :)
