		| | I just barely missed the deadline. My wife and I went out tonight and I had just a few minutes to try to get a submission together. I made the graphic in Photoshop and printed it out, took the shot, completed post processing, and just barely missed the deadline. Betterluck next time, I guess! Here was my picture:

		| | It would have been one of the better entries IMHO. Happy Valentines Day anyway! |

		| | Since you're no longer constrained by DPC editing rules might I suggest photographing the "other" ring and interlacing them in a composite image. Print it out and give it to her... |

Was there no editing rules for this entry? If there wasn't I could have done exactly what I wanted for this challenge.

		| | No, there were standard editing rules.. I think he just meant for outside of dpc purposes you could use whatever editing you wanted. |

		| | Wow ... great shot. Give me a white background and a crisp, sharp ring and I would've given you a 9, possibly a 10. Great shot.
Would've given you a 8 as is. Wonderfull idea.

I started setting up the shot at 11:52 PM, just 8 minutes before the deadline. If I had the time, I would have set up lighting to give me a white background, worked on the composition, etc. to make this better. I may go back and do it again as best as I can. I'll post the results if I do!
 Thanks,
 JD Anderson
