Thanks DPCers. You're so great!
I'm living here in DPC for the last 4 months and I am learning so much of you all... I just wanted to share with you that this is a great week for me. Last 2 challenges I've achieved something historical for me: two 6+. Exactly my first ones over 6.
In my first 10 challenges my average score was about 5.13 and the average % was 43%.
In the next 10 my average score was about 5.54 and the average % was 54%. And suddenly I arrive twice to six:
Abstract: Broken:
They are very different in conception and work to get them. The abstract one was a lucky shot while I was looking for something for the broken challenge. The broken image needed 157 alternative shots to pick one. It's the first time I did something similar (making so many shot to participate in one challenge). It was funny and, obviously worthy. I post 2 outtakes:
So, thanks again to everybody, especially to that of you who let me more than 200 comments. Keep doing it.

That abstract photo reminds me of Q-Bert. I hope I'm not the only one that remembers that game.
Btw, nice photos. I really like the perspectives in all of them.

I don't mean to offend in anyway, but I personally feel your photographs in your 2006 folder have far more appeal than your 2005 folder. It's as though you're standing back this year and thinking a little more about the photo you're capturing. Does that make sense? Heres hoping that you get many 6 and above scores to come.

Thanks Sue, Richard and Frasier.
Sue, I appreciate your comment on my image. I tried in B/W but didn't worked to me.
Richard, thanks, but I don't remember that game. Maybe in Spain had another name or was not so well - known.
Fraser, of course you don't offend, you're saying that I have improved from 2005 to 2006. That is what it's DPC about. Maybe also helped my new DSLR, LOL.
Thanks everybody. |

I haven't played never to this one. I used to go very much to the places that where this kind of videoplays, and to play in Spectrum and Commodore, but I don't know this one.
