I like the photo used and the tone. I like the bottom information bit. The only thing I don't like is the state initials in upper right. And the angle/font of the words in upper left.

I would let your photo do more of the talking. I would put the state info in bottom right/left section of bottom text part. And the upper left text I would fade a little of the opacity and perhaps place it below your company name. Again, let your name stand out (it does) and your photography (it does). Simple is key, in my opinion.

Tell me how it goes and what responses you get. Very interested.

I agree with Cutter. The printing on the photo portion looks a bit awkward and out of place. Putting the state info in small print at the bottom is a good idea. If you want to leave the other lettering on the photo, I would probably make it smaller and space the lines closer together, maybe even change the font. I like the idea of adding it as a tagline underneath your business name. I think you choose a good photo for the ad. It's very nice, classice yet contemporary at the same time.

I'm a moron and left my comment with the pic...and not here.
Oops.

Am with Cutter - the angle of white text clashes hugely with the lines of the image itself, not to mention that the font is kind of weird too. Too many font variations overall for my liking.

And the positioning of the states is kind of odd - I thought it was the couple's initials but of course there are 3.

Personally I'd straighten the white text out at the top left and either lose the states info or move it into the panel at the bottom.
