I think something like this may have been suggested in the past, but wouldn't it be nifty if everytime you loaded the DPC home page, under Site News was a random photo from an archived challenge?
I just think it would be a good way for new members to see some of the older stuff, and plus it's just plain interesting.
Thoughts?

Perhaps for quality assurance you could have a random top 10 finishing photo? Not that I would object to a purely random photo either. |

If you go to the main photos page (that is, click the word 'Photos' in your menu, not its sub-menus), the top row is random photos!

I think it would be cool to have a random photo on the main page, though, like Gracechild suggested. As long as the selection was screened to avoid anything really controversial. |

Good one thanx Drew.

Just as a matter of interest, it just took me 73 refresh clicks before one of my photos appeared on the page! |

44 refreshes for one of mine :)
But one of my photos did come up representing the Abstract gallery on click number 38 :P

I guess some people just don't have anything better to do than click refresh all day long :-) |
