I mad this for a local band that is just starting up.

The name needs to be the first thing you notice when you look at it or the logo fails its main purpose. To have you remember the owner of it.

I agree with Brent. I think you've got some nice artistic work in the logo, but the name doesn't stand out enough, especially the "Of", and then it doesn't make any sense. I didn't catch that part until I read the name of the graphic.

| yeah, I didn't see the "of" at all until Scott pointed it out... what you have is a nice illustration, but it's not a logo. a logo is a simple, shape-based design that can be printed in color or monochrome without losing its essential information. |

I didnt notice the "of" untill it was pointed out as well. I think it may work well as a website banner rather than a logo.
