Mine is on a custom set with everything at 0. I can't remember why I set it that way, and I think I'm going to change it because I hate having to post process to get a decent snapshot.

If I were to do something that I wanted to be able to control really thoroughly, I would probably use my custom set.

I think I'm going back to 1. Thanks for reminding me to check.

I was just reading about the parameters in a book.
It desrcibes each setting:

Parameter 1-this default parameter produces images with vivid color and slightly higher sharpness—a good choice if you regularly print images directly from your camera.

Parameter 2-This parameter offers less saturation, contrast, and slightly less sharpness, and, therefore, it gives you more editing headroom later as you edit images on the computer.

Adobe RGB-This is the third parameter, and it offers the widest color range. It is the choice for advanced and professional photographers who edit their images for custom or commercial printing. Images taken with this parameter have much more subdued color, saturation and sharpness than images taken with parameter 1.

Zero parameters.
I shoot RAW 95% of te time, so changing them wouldn't do much good anyway.

Usually 1

1
and i usually up the sat in PS anyway.
I tried putting the params on 0 and well, i like 1 better.

I am shooting more and more in RAW, so it doesn't matter as much.
