Thanks everyone for getting me into the top ten! This is the first time making it into top ten - 7th place has me tickled.
As for the pugs, I'm about to really make you squirm......that's daddy on bottom, and daughter on top. lol
Usually the daughter will lay on top her daddy's back to sleep as he keeps her warm. I got this idea from watching them sleeping in the chair. Simply dressed up the scene a bit, layed daddy (Napoleon) against the arm of the chair on his back, and plopped daughter (Beanie)in front and leaned her against his chest. I had no doubt she woulds stay there....wasn't so sure daddy was going to cooperate but he did. Now you sttav seeing how pugs can be so much fun!

Quite an accomplishment, and I loved it. I have great respect for a successful, emotive shot like yours (especially after trying to pose my own dog!) Hey, they ain't all Fay Ray! Congratulations :)

A great photo. An excellent touch with those petals, making it Pug Beauty. So cheesy and kitsch that it had to work.

thanks giumi. It was a lot of fun. I'm not complaining about the top ten one iota, but sure wouldve been nice to ribbon and see Puppy Love on DPC front page for a week.

Yes, I'm less pugnacious, and harmeless....in a frisky mood today just like these two , so you still may want to hide. lol

That perhaps not in the same category as the lion lying down with the lamb, but it's getting there. I suppose it would make an interesting variation, a pug cuddling a bear...
