I got bored and decided to set myself a challenge, something i thought would be rather difficult (in fact it was much more so than i expected) and that i'd been wanting to do for a while; capture a swinging watch, second-curtain-sync style, but make the lighting not crappy, and use a background that requires shallow depth of field so i actually have to get the focus right rather than sticking it on a narrow aperture.
