I recently bought a camera accessory from Henry's of Toronto, CA. When the item arrived it was not the model advertised but was an acceptable substitute. I notified Henry's that the item was not quite as advertised and they credited my account for the entire purchase price and told me to keep the item!! Henry's will get a lot more of my business!!

I got my new cam & lense there (in person). I gave them a hard time & it was probably my fault. They were very friendly & accomodating. I'll sure be back.

You sure got a sweet deal!

... and that of all the people you tell (like here) -- I'd say they got more than a few hundred dollars worth of advertising, along with avoiding all that nasty re-stocking paperwork, and maybe writing it off their taxes (see, you're paying a little after all).

Sounds like some smart folks -- thanks for the link : )

I'd concur with that, I've ordered plenty of stuff from them and never had any problems, fast efficient. Although thses days with the Canadian $ almost at par with the US$ it makes more sense to get stuff from B & H...can't beat their prices...
