Have a glass of wine, take a sip and refill with a shot of vodka. Drink all at once and wait an hour before you go swimming. Oh yea don't drive for 1 hr after and you will have nerves of steel but remember thats it until lunch or you won't eat all your vegetables. :D

Actually, I went shopping the other day and picked up a couple of more bottles of wine from the vintage section. Oh yea I also managed to get some more 'Ting'. 'Vodka and Ting' I call it the Roxanne LPR. :D
