Hello Folks!

I dloaded the trial version of cs2. When I ran it there was a problem with an error message. It said that if I tried to reinstall it would correct the problem. I reinstalled it but I kept getting the same error message having something to do with the adobe updater. Also the browse function didnt work.
Anywho, after a fgwe go's I deceide to give up & uninstall it but the program wont let me. I keep getting amessage that says that uninstallation could be done at the time & nothing was changed on my 'puter.
Is anyone else having this problem? Can it be fixed? How can I delete the darn thing from my 'puter?
I tried to email adobe from their site but didnt get a response.
this sucks! I need help!

what type of video card do you have.
If you have nvidia you have to update the drivers.

I had that problem and after installing the new drivers I had no problems

What was the error message? If you have the error message sometimes you can search on google for the exact message to find references.

one of the error messages has to do with adobe bride which says that the libagluc28.dll was not found. The other error message says the there was a problem with adobe updater that can prolly be fixed by re-installing the app.

Dunno what to do. I tried the link that justine was kind enough to include but I get the regular stpes for uninstalling.
The bastard doesnt work & I cant get rid of it!

I am still running ps cs. Does that matter?

I don't know if that matters or not. I uninstalled CS before installing CS2. CS2 goes in a different directory so I don't think that's the problem.

Hey Guys,

I thought I would post how I solved this problem.
Okay, first I repaired (once again) & choose the the windows remove software from the control panel. I uninstalled both ps cs & ps cs2 & all the preferences, activation stuff, etc... so my 'puter was completely without any ps files.
Then i reinstalled ps cs2 & everything seems to be working really well.
There are some realkly cool new features to the cs2. definitely worth taking a look at by dloading the tryout version on dobe.com.
thanks to all who dropped a post to help a sistah out!
peace!

I fixed that DLL problems.

First step u must download missing dlls from internet. i found this dlls in //www.dll-files.com

1) libagluc28.dll is first missing dll. when you find this dll program gives new errors.
2) now you must find this dlls libagli18n28.dll and agldt28l.dll...

after finding the dlls, copy all dll files to windows system directory.
When you copy files to system directory, restrart your computer.

Thats it! :)
