any suggestions? not the one that takes AA either. I want one that makes my shoulder ache because it is heavy. I have one for my metz and it is handy...but i need the fastest recycle time i can get. i shoot alot of sports.

| I do (thanks to some DPC advice)... and it is indespensable. Great product - my camera can flash faster than my studio. I've done 9 hour weddings and haven't even taken it half way down. |
