Can you clean a microfiber cloth? I imagine soap would be a bad idea but what about straight water? Would that ruin it. Man, I'm cheap. Trying to save 3 bucks. |

I toss mine in the wash with the towels -- it picks up some lint, but that can be picked off easily enough.

i use microfiber to clean houses, i have ones for glass, dusting, floors.... they make a special cleaner for microfiber cloths but, every place i deal with for chemicals and the cloths all have told me to use soap. i use regular laundry soap and bleach. i have used dish soap and washed them by hand as well. make sure the soap is rinsed all the way out of them. i run mine through the rinse cycle 2 times. just don't ever wash them with anything other than other microfiber cloths, they will pull the lint out of what ever they are being washed with. |
