Kari1 Kiwipix and I are off to the Karori Wild life centre tomorrow to shoot for the "Wildlife" challenge.
Being summer, the centre is open to late. and the nice people there have spoken to the birds about our need for blue ribbon photos, The Birds Union has agreed and every one of them will be in tip top posing order especially the Kaka and the shags.
We think us kiwis will have a fine bag of photos for the challenge

And we're going to shoot the 3 ribbon winners for Wildlife, so you can all stop trying :)
This particular urban wildlife Sanctuary is unique in the world (apparently). You can read all about it.
They say "This world-first conservation attraction is an inspiring place to visit and learn about New Zealand's unique wildlife.". So our camera's are all ready to be inspired.

Awesome....can't wait to see the shots you get!
Was having a conversion with a goose up at the Farm Park I go to ....'hope you understand Gertie, but I don't think, even with that fierce expression, you could be mistaken for wildlife'

Good luck Pauline, if you get one you'll be invited to join the Royal Geographic Society ... but to hell with the photos, eat it! Yummm.
