Sorry if this is lame to all you old gurus, but I just received my very 1st Critique Club comment today! I checked the CC box on some of my photos but I thought I wont ever get one. But I finally got it today :) Thanks!!!

theSaj got 2 from me in a span of 2 days. Talk about the luck of the draw. The little button spit 2 of his images my way. Ha! |

| OK I am feeling a little like the last kid to get picked for the team :( This is challenge 14 for me, and still nadda...I know they are really backlogged tho, so I keep on hoping!! |

I figured,....if you can't get one...join them. So I joined the Critique Club, and whad'ya know. Two of my prior entries wind up getting critiqued in like the same day or so.

The CC isn't BACKLOGGED at all. Every week, when the challenges change over, the old requests are thrown out of the queue and the new ones start showing up. So if you haven't received one on older entries, you wont.
I know it used to be, that if you were an ACTIVE CC member, and you made a request for a CC, that your photo was bumped to the top. It was part of the 'thanks for volunteering' thing. Not sure if it is still that way, but would explain why saj got 2, and he is an active CC. Best way to get one, is to give one.

Can we get a check on that 'cause I didn't get on for my City Life entry. It could have been because it was my first week on CC... |

I'm 3 for 7 for CC comments, and they were all amazingly awesome comments (I was pretty damn excited about my first one).
Guess I'm just lucky :D
